Email Norms
- For non-urgent communications, use email ([email protected]). Most things are non-urgent.
- For urgent issues (that can be addressed immediately), you can reach me on Discord (elliott_ash). For items that cannot be addressed immediately, use email, as I cannot snooze Discord messages and will forget.
- I do not have email notifications enabled and do not check emails continuously.
- Emails that cannot be addressed immediately (in 30 seconds) will likely be snoozed until another day, perhaps the weekend.
- I often send emails outside work hours (at night and at the weekend), and I do not expect you to reply outside your work hours.
- I will not respond to cold solicitation emails (recruiting, sales, collaboration requests from people I do not know).
- For meeting requests: please use Calendly or send a short message with your availability.
